Group Package Bookings & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm any group package booking.
• This deposit is non-refundable. Package bookings involve us securing third-party arrangements on your behalf, such as venue deposits, event tickets, and reserved seating, which are paid for in advance and are non-recoverable if a booking is cancelled.
• The remaining balance is due prior to the tour date [insert timeframe, e.g. 14 days before departure].

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled hire, Lucky Dog Tours reserves the right to charge the full amount quoted for the booking.

Late Pickups & Excess Charges

If a customer is more than 15 minutes late to an agreed pickup time, and at least one hour's notice of a change has not been provided, a fee of $110 per hour will apply. The booking will not resume until this fee is paid, or the service may be forfeited along with any monies already paid.

Vehicle Care & Cleaning

• A cleaning charge of $150 may apply if a vehicle is left in a poor state, including drink spillages or vomiting, and is payable by the hirer.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle during the booking will be charged in full to the hirer.
